• Dedicated Automated Production Lines: We operate more than 10 fully automatic assembly lines exclusively for portable car jump starters. The lines integrate automatic spot welders, laser welding equipment, high-precision battery sorting cabinets, automatic PCBA testers, and full-automatic encapsulation machines.

Core processes such as cell-to-protection-board welding and finished product airtightness testing are completed by automated equipment, ensuring consistent and highly reliable internal connections and minimizing human error.

• Rigorous Quality Control and Extreme Testing: Quality is the life of our products, especially for high-rate discharge car jump starters. Our quality control runs through the entire process:
  1. Incoming Inspection: 100% voltage, internal resistance, and capacity testing for all purchased cells; only automotive-grade high-quality power cells are selected. Cells are stored for 60 days to ensure no voltage drop.                                                               
  2. In-process Inspection: Quality control points set at key assembly stages, with full functional testing of BMS (Battery Management System) boards.               
  3. Finished Product Aging and Performance Testing: All finished products undergo cyclic thermal shock testing from -20°C to 60°C in professional high-low temperature aging test cabinets. Under simulated low-temperature conditions, they perform instantaneous peak current discharge tests of up to 800A to 2000A. Each unit must successfully complete over 50 simulated cranking cycles to guarantee starting performance in real cold environments                                    .

The annual designed production capacity of portable car jump starters exceeds 2 million units. Efficient supply chain management and lean production enable us to flexibly handle large-volume orders and provide stable, on-time delivery for OEM/ODM customers.
